Eaglewood Retreat is a small quiet neighborhood on James Island.  This community has a wonderful pool area that is great for getting to know your neighbors or to bring your guests for a cookout or just to relax by the pool. Part of the quarterly home owner fees covers your lawn care so no more pushing around a lawn mower on weekends which leaves plenty of time for other pursuits. The home is a in the style of a Charleston single and painted a pretty yellow. As you enter the front door and to the right is a large and light filled dining room that can handle any size furniture.
